These terms govern the Noah Henderson Music text messaging program, operated by HNDRSN LLC.

Program description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (new releases, merch drops, tour dates, presales, and exclusive content) from Noah Henderson Music at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You can expect recurring messages, up to approximately 4–6 per month.

Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to each message; check your plan for details.

How to opt out
Text STOP to any message from us at any time to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending marketing texts.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

You must be the account holder or have authorization for the mobile number you enroll, and be old enough to consent under applicable law.

Privacy
Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy (noahhendersonmusic.com/privacy). We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may update these terms; changes are posted here with a new effective date.
